متابعة الطلب: Order follow-up:

– بمجرد تثبيت طلبك، سنقوم بتزويدك برقم بوليصة الشحنة الخاصة بك واسم شركة الشحن عبرالواتس اب او بريدك الالكتروني الذي قمت بتسجيله أثناء الطلب ، ويترتب عليك متابعة شركة الشحن عبر الاتصال بهم أو عبر موقعهم الالكتروني.

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with your waybill number and the name of the shipping company via WhatsApp or your email that you registered during the order, and you must follow up with the shipping company by calling them or through their website.

– عادةً، يتم توصيل الطلبات إلى عنوانك، وقد يترتب عليك استلام طلبك من الفرع بسبب عدم إدخال رقم جوالك أو عنوانك الصحيح، أو بسبب عدم الرد على الجوال أثناء تواصل شركة الشحن معك، أو لأي أسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.

Usually, orders are delivered to your address, and you may have to receive your order from the branch due to not entering your correct mobile number or address, or due to not answering the mobile phone while the shipping company communicates with you, or for any reasons beyond our control.
